The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 2605 -- A BILL to amend and reenact §55 2 15 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating generally to limitations on civil actions accruing to persons under legal disability; and establishing the limitation on actions against the perpetrator of sexual assault or sexual abuse upon a minor to be ten years upon reaching the age of majority or four years upon discovery of the sexual assault or sexual abuse, whichever is longer.
